Section Amictae A.H. Smith ex Maas G. comprises
only two species in the Northern Hemisphere: M.
amicta (Fr.) Quél. and M. subcaerulea
(Peck) Sacc.
The two species can be separated on account of the spores
which are pip-shaped and 4-5.5 µm in the former and
globose to subglobose and 6-8 µm broad in the latter.
Only M. amicta has been
collected in Europe. |
